This statement is based on the comparison of the GHD to a styler using 450 F. I have had GHD Professional, Eclipse and the Classic irons, this is the ultimate flat iron. It is fast and leaves the hair shiny and healthy, even when I flatiron daily or every other day. It is much better than most companies I have used. And as a hairstylist I have used a lot of different flat irons.
